PEACE represents a diverse group of partners who provide vital resources and walk alongside neighbors to strengthen community well‑being. Local community agencies, government organizations, resident leaders, and statewide funders such as The California Endowment, Kaiser Permanente, Blue Shield of California Foundation, and Sierra Health Foundation contribute expertise, funding, and services that directly support resident leadership and action. By sharing subject‑matter knowledge and investing in community capacity, partners help residents develop skills, access opportunities, and drive solutions that prevent violence and promote healing. Together, our collective action ensures that resources are not only delivered but are shaped by and for the community, building lasting resilience in East San José.
